BOOKING CONDITIONS We require, 7 days in advance of your visit, a final commitment to numbers playing and eating. This will provide the basis for our minimum charge to you on the day. A non-returnable Booking Fee of £5 per player is required with the Booking Form, which will be deducted from your final invoice.  All Rules MUST be observed. Please advise ALL your Members.   ACCOUNTS must be settled on the day.   If you have any special requirements, please contact Brian or Pat (in the Office - by Phone, Fax or email) beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate you. We would advise that the diary is already filling quickly so we suggest you get your booking in ASAP.    We look forward to hearing from you.
